Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted on Monday, March 8, 2021 at 6:45 p.m. to hear public comment regarding the following rezoning request:
- A request from Max and Kathy Roth for a non-conforming use permit to replace an existing single family home on ND-51 (34.99 acres) which does not conform to the AG-1 zoning requirement of 500 feet of contiguous road frontage. This property is located at 4848 Hidden Acres Lane.
Anyone wishing to make comment may do so the night of the meeting.
